The VP of Revenue & Distribution is responsible for the global strategy, as well as the day-to-day implementation of all revenue action plans aimed to maximize property revenues and channel mix for optimal profitability and market penetration. The VP of Revenue & Distribution will implement, oversee and manage all property revenue systems and programs to ensure established revenue goals are achieved.  This role must harmonize the culture, mission, values and quality standards to ensure maximum potential is achieved.  The VP is also responsible for fostering an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures the long term satisfaction of employees, guests, owners, investors and other partners.


Plan, direct and manage operational activities of the revenue cycle in support of the mission, goals, and objectives of Hard Rock international.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans in alignment with brand strategy. Monitor execution and results.
  • Lead the global and property analytical efforts.
  • Develop, monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategies in order to maximize RevPAR and RevPAR Index through the management of room inventories, market mix and pricing strategies.
  • Work with property leadership teams to instill the revenue management culture and ensure a focus on total revenue optimization.
  • Provide feedback on property revenue optimization strategies through attending periodic sales strategy meetings, property visits and ongoing collaborative conversation.
  • Analyze and review monthly and weekly STAR Report results (or alternative ones, where unavailable), understanding gains or losses of RevPAR Index and applying this knowledge to impact and predict future results
  • Manage relationships with Third Party Providers (OTA's, Wholesalers, etc.) while establishing global and local strategies to maximize revenue and minimize cost.
  • Monitor actual sales and revenues to determine variance in order to assess goal accomplishments. Adjust strategies and forecasts accordingly.
  • Coordinate on-going research of hospitality and gaming industry to detect market trends and related information for development of new strategies.
  • Generate incremental revenue and brand awareness through the creation and implementation of brand relevant promotions.
  • Spearhead revenue optimization strategies with licensees for best global effectiveness.
  • Identify/create best practices for the benefit of the entire portfolio.
  • Monitor competitive set activities to properly adjust execution based on environment.
  • Hire the best talent available from inside or outside the organization.
  • Provide analytical research documents and reports in support of the annual rate and budget processes as well as development of the sales and marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with the loyalty department to understand trends in membership behaviors, identifying effectiveness of program into various market segments while driving insights and recommendations for optimizing the program.
  • Successfully onboard new properties as the portfolio grows.
  • Develop strategy for new room-inventory and participate in market analysis for new site selection.
  • Coordinate integration with call centers to maximize offers and promotions ROI.
  • Actively participate in the Rollout and ongoing development of core integrated reservations framework across multiple outlets (dining, casino events, limos, etc.).
  • Synergize with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize strategy.
  • Perform other job related duties as requested.


  • At least 10 years of senior level experience in leading Marketing Analytics, Revenue or Customer Optimization teams including data analysts.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Revenue Management Strategy, Applied Mathematics, Big-Data Analytics or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in developing high-performing, engaged teams with a keen focus on leadership development, accountability and execution.
  • Knowledge of data structures, systems and BI tools related to marketing and revenue data management.
  • Well organized and detail oriented, with a high sense of accountability and integrity.
  • A team player that is able to grow and maintain a positive culture that reflects the overall values of the organization.
  • Call Centers and Customer care management experience a plus.
  • Deep understanding of lifestyle hotels.
  • Must be able to travel as required.



    • Comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas. 
    • Must possess superb communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing. 
    • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. 
    • Multiple language abilities preferred, fluency in English required.
    • Perform complex quantitative calculations or reasoning using algebra, geometry, statistics, or abstract symbols. 
    • Deep understanding of mathematical concepts, algorithmic concepts and statistical pattern recognition is a must.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills. 
    • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers and staff, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
    • Use logic to define problem, collect information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, interpret information and deal with abstract variables for unique or unfamiliar situations.



    • Ability to move throughout the business (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods of time. 
    • Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists. 
    • Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear. 
    • Ability to obtain impressions through the eyes. 
    • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders. 
    • Ability to occasionally move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds / 25 kilos. 
    • Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion.
    • Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
