SERVER - BANQUET - ON CALL

Provide food service to guests attending banquet functions. Set-up banquet functions and special events following established procedures and directions in the Banquet Event Order.

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the food and beverage service of Banquet department events while demonstrating proper service techniques.
• Sets and clears tables of china, glass and silverware.
• Checks with guest periodically to ascertain whether any additional items are desired.
• Responsible for side work assigned per shift.
• Provides a great experience for every guest, every time through courteous interaction.
• Keeps informed of continually changing promotions, events and services.

• Good customer service skills.
• Neat and clean appearance.
• Preferred a minimum of 6 months previous server experience.
• Service style of restaurant concept may require additional experience.

• High School Diploma.
• Basic Math.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must be 21 years of age
