Under the direction of the Director of Advertising, the incumbent is responsible for assisting and providing support in planning and implementing of marketing department initiatives. As well as, the coordination of printing, production, advertising, and public relations.




  • Interface with all department heads to ensure timely development of creative materials for all property promotions.
  • Install and remove property posters and backlites.
  • Coordinate all aspects of advertising, including but not limited to, digital, radio, TV, print and social media.
  • Assist in developing and coordinating internet marketing programs.
  • Coordinate production schedule, tracking and delivery.
  • Ensure advertising run lists are accurate and deadlines are maintained and monitored.
  • Research and follow up with media outlets.
  • Coordinate and prepare public relations added value reports and check for accuracies on media documents.
  • Communicate to management regarding media opportunities sent via outside public relations agencies based on direction provided by property public relations managers.
  • Maintain and update media kits.
  • Schedule Hard Rock Girls for events and promotions.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots and prepare shoot lists for events.
  • Maintain property videos and photography logs and files.
  • Prepare and distribute Hard Rock Live media credentials for Hard Rock Live concerts and special events.
  • Prepare documents for awards applications on behalf of the property.
  • Email property departments of media on property.
  • Track and schedule all copy, art, lists, cost estimates, invoices and other material through every stage of production.
  • Coordinate creation, delivery and distribution for non-casino related projects including, but not limited to, the spa, food and beverage and hotel operations.  Projects will include direct mail, special event invitations, ads, menus, key cards, key card holders, directional signage, backlites, rack cards, etc…
  • Coordinate, script and execution of monthly on-hold messages.
  • Proofread all printed materials.
  • Coordinate outdoor advertising production and installation.  Route and maintain all billboard contracts.
  • Work with purchasing gathering details for bids, plus receiving and the warehouse on inventory and deliveries.
  • Prepare requisitions for all goods and services purchased by the Advertising and Public Relations Department.
  • Examine for accuracy and prepares for payment all vendor invoices received by the department.
  • Assist the advertising and public relations managers and director in the preparation of and monitoring annual budget, monthly budget justification, monthly/quarterly projections and all expense reconciliations, including media.
  • Provide management with regular reports including digital and all media related reporting.
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy files of all completed production jobs.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations.
  • Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
  • Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Three (3) years of experience in similar position and a BS or BA in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Above average organizational skills.
  • Must be able to analyze marketing and promotions data.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Must have ability to multi-task and work under pressure with quick problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of media buying, reviewing media related summaries, flowcharts and media schedules.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
