With direction from the Director of Design, the Architectural Project Manager is responsible for the review and compliance of design documentation as it relates to active construction projects. Acting as the owner’s representative as it relates to architectural design, the employee will work closely with internal and external construction team along with design consultants to ensure the project is executed on-time and at budget.
Minimum of 10 years of design experience with a required minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality design and documentation.
Construction Administration experience preferred.
OCIP project experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
Experience using Bluebeam or similar desired.
