You and your team are responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining good public relations at our gaming facility. You will be accountable for your staff, assisting with hiring, training, evaluations, recognition and development. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily Cage operations and enforcing accounting controls in order to safeguard the company assets. You will maintain general awareness of the cage operation at all times, and comply with security policies and procedures in order to secure company assets. Your strong presence on the gaming floor will be vital to your management of people and interacting with customers, while ensuring compliance with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and other applicable laws, policies and regulations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ability to monitor business demands and make necessary scheduling and staffing adjustments.
  • In charge of training employees, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with all departments.
  • Handle employee related issued with composure and professionalism.



  • Managerial or Supervisory experience in the related field of three (3) or more years. Preferably within a high volume Casino Cage department.
  • Working knowledge of computer software packages and have the ability to make progress on multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required

Work Environment:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public. 
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
