Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Manager – Team Member Relations will be responsible for serving as a business partner to Hard Rock Ottawa. This person is also responsible for proactively partnering and collaborating with leaders at all levels on the development and execution of strategies relating to compliance, legal issues, communication, change management and employee engagement.
