Overview

Under the direction of the Director of Entertainment, the incumbent is responsible for assisting and providing support in planning and implementing of Hard Rock Entertainment events and Hard Rock Convention audio visual initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible to communicate with convention clients and provide timely quote and billing information for clients requiring audio visual equipment and labor. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for scheduling labor, managing the setup and installation of equipment, the operation of equipment for rehearsals and during events and managing of strike and replacement of equipment following event. This position will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all areas within the casino and their separate audio-visual systems. This incumbent will need the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion. The incumbent will perform all duties as necessary for a safe and efficient events in accordance with corporate policy and Gaming / Lottery Commission Regulations.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:
• Core responsibility is to provide professional quality support of all audio & visual systems with an emphasis on client and guest satisfaction.
• Working with Entertainment and the Convention departments in the design, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of all critical projects
• Serving as a central point for cross-team collaboration during initial Convention communications
• Provides audio visual support for meetings, conference, and different property wide events.

  • Consults with Convention clients on event details and ensures client satisfaction.
    • Works with management to develop plans, forecasts and budgets in regard to audio-visual needs.
    • Oversee the design, planning, procurement, operation, maintenance, and support of properties audio-visual equipment.
    • Maintain current knowledge in fields related to the assignment, such as audio-visual technologies, live production, audio production, video production, web development, and related computer technologies
    • Maintain and regularly update equipment and inventory trackers, financial reports, and team member hours and upcoming schedules.
